Tivo Command can't find my network enabled Tivo. What should I do?

Make sure that your TiVo is configured to allow Network Remote Controls.

On your TiVo, go to Messages and settings

• Select Settings
• Select Remote CableCARD, & Devices
• Select Network Remote Control
• Select Enable.

In Tivo Command

• Open the menu by clicking "..." in the application bar at the bottom of the screen
• Click the "refresh" button
• Wait for the "Finding Tivos" operation to complete
• This could take up to 2 minutes.

If that didn't work, please make sure you're running the latest version of Tivo Command, v8.0.11.23, which should be available in the Windows Phone Store starting 12/1/2012.
